Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is sealed, unused, and in its original packaging.

     

  • All return requests must be made within 24 hours of the purchase date and time.

     

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety concerns.

  • Opened or used products.

     

  • Items purchased on sale or during promotional offers (unless defective).

  • Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions.

     

  • The product must be shipped back to us in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

     

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method or in bank account.

     

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
